Fibromyalgia is chronic pain condition generally characterized by musculoskeletal pain that attacks females belonging to the age group of 20-55 – ten times more than the men of same age. According to the latest survey done by the US Department of Health, more than 3 million people are suffering from this debilitating disease today. The main cause of the disease is still a mystery. Fibromyalgia symptoms usually occur after injury or weakness, like trauma or illness like flu and high fever.
The main effect of this unpredictable ailment on our body occurs in the form of deficiency. The body starts feeling weak due to the shortage of nutrients and hormones in the body and in many cases people may also suffer from toxification in the liver.
You can easily treat Fibromyalgia naturally. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia usually suffers from uneven sleep patterns and the neurotransmitters that are supposed to carry message signals from our body to the brain are affected. The hormones are initiated and there may be an increase or decrease in the amount of hormone secretion in the body. Exercise is the best way of avoiding it this symptom. Exercising regularly helps you to maintain a good flow of blood in your body which in turn supplies enough oxygen to various body organs and assists them to function properly. If you carry out some major yoga exercises, especially the breathing exercise then you can find great improvement in your body ache and muscle strain in few days.
Fibromyalgia causes dearth of vitamins and nutrients in the body. Maintaining a healthy diet is helpful in the treatment of the disease. Fruits and vegetables contain natural vitamins and sugars which can replace the scarcity in your body and help you recover from this debiliating illness. Healthy eating habits must be maintained by every individual as it helps the body regulate itself to avoid these weaknesses or deficiencies. Food products that are rich in calories and carbohydrates like sugar and refined white flour are some of the chief items that must be avoided. Though most of the starchy products are known to contain high calories and are the main source of energy in the body but in the case of Fibromyalgia starchy food must be kept away to prevent release of harmful toxins inside the body.
Sometimes the pain is also brought on by stress, anxiety and excess of workload. Removing stress factors is important to get rid of the pain. Massaging your body will release the strain and induce secretion of biochemical products that will contribute towards proper functioning of cells within the body. The cluster of glands plays a significant role in controlling and balancing HPA axis and the imperfections in the oxidative phosphorylation. Maintains healthy diet will impact the flaws in both oxidative phosphorylation and the HPA axis. Taking proper care of your body by eating nutritious food and working out regularly will definitely help you decrease the pain and other symptoms.

To be able to “easily treat Fibromyalgia naturally” sounds so wonderful, doesn’t it? When I read through this article all I could think of is, whoever put it together obviously does not suffer from Fibro. Eating right and exercising are beneficial for those of us that have this neurological and musculoskelatal disease. But, these things are not going to solve the pain problem. They may help to some degree, but that will vary depending on the day, just as our pain levels vary each day depending on a variety of factors (i.e. stress, exersion, weather). As far as sleep goes, exercising has never helped me be able to get into a deep level of sleep (REM). Rather, I have had to rely on sleeping medication for the past number of years in order to get to sleep at night. Without it, I simply toss and turn and stay in a sort of “twighlight” level of sleep.
Each person with Fibromyalgia has such a different pain experience. One might feel pain constantly all over the body, while another person only feels a little stiff in the mornings but is otherwise fine. It’s difficult to box us in and thus to say that everyone will respond the same to certain therapy or even to eating habits. Without a definative known cause, there isn’t a known solution, merely guesses. However, there are studies currently be done that seem to indicate that Fibromyalgia is a neurological issue.
Oh, and it’s NOT a deadly disease (as incorrectly stated in the first paragraph). Dibilitating, yes, but deadly? Whoever wrote this needs to get their facts straight…and a grammar check wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

I just have to say that this isn’t right. Everyone is so different and things work differently on different people. However one thing that is common with Fibro is that fact that a lot of people have to take meds to sleep. Exercise does nothing but make my anxiety even higher. I try to eat as right as I can but because of IBS and constiputation I am limited to what I eat. This isn’t a fun disease to have at all. It is a very painful one. I have had days even weeks when all I could do was lay in bed and I couldn’t even read or anything because the pain was so bad. I just can’t take it some days. I don’t have the strength or energy to shower or take a bath because it hurts so much. Without the help from my husband I would be lost because I am so forgetful, and sore that I can’t open much of anything. So if you read this article, you will see that the writer doesn’t have fibro and probably doesn’t understand all of what the pain is like, and how bad it can get. I wish everyone with Fibro the best of luck!
